BaIREc is the most influential public platform since its beginning in 2006 which unites investors and real estate professionals. BalREc 2019 brought together a high level of representatives of the most active companies in the field of investment projects in Bulgaria. Over 400 professionals and experts discussed and analyzed market trends, challenges and forecasts across the following segments: offices; industrial; residential; holiday and commercial projects.
One of the highlights during program was the topic about 2019/2020 Trends in residential development, in which Europroperty’s team presented company’s new project Fohar, in Boyana.
Fohar is the first residential project in Bulgaria to introduce the concept of "smart home" and aims to improve the quality of its residents’ lives. It is located at the foothills of Mount Vitosha with quick access to the city. The gated housing complex will provide its residents security, comfort, convenience and energy-saving, enabling them to control smart home-integrated devices. Home owners at Fohar will be able to remotely control their electrical appliances, lighting and heating systems via a smart- phone, clock or other network devices.
